Combining passion, intelligence and outstanding technique in music, Al Di Meola is one of the most prominent virtuosos and most influential guitarists in the contemporary instrumental jazz field.
Al Di Meola has just released his latest album entitled 'Elysium' in May/June 2015. Most recently he was chosen to receive the 2015 'Miles Davis award' of the Festival International de Jazz de Montréal which recognizes the entire works of an internationally renowned jazz musician and his or her contribution to continuing the tradition of jazz.
