The first activity of the newborn "Italian Jazz Federation", gathering festivals and clubs promoters, musicians, agencies and independent labels, is the organisation of the first national congress on jazz in schools and education and will take place on Saturday 17th November 2018 at the Unipol Auditorium in Bologna.
The aim of the congress is to valorize the importance of jazz and improvised music in schools, and to highlight the workshop experiences taking place in this field that are centred on an intuitive and creative approach, elements that make jazz not only a musical language, but as a whole vision of the world.
