40 Bands from 16 countries have been selected for the jazzahead! showcase festival / A total of 587 applications from 42 countries.
The four juries selecting the jazzahead! showcase program had, once again, a lot on their hands: 587 bands from 43 countries submitted their application. This is an increase of 26% compared to the previous year. 40 bands from 16 countries made it into the final jury selection. These bands will present themselves on the three stages of Exhibition Center Bremen and Kulturzentrum Schlachthof at jazzahead! (21 - 24 April, 2016).
