Tuesday Clubbing at Cankarjev dom, Jan–Apr 2018

February 2018 will mark the tenth anniversary of the Tuesday Clubbing Series. Throughout the past decade Cankarjev dom has presented over 200 concerts, including various premieres – especially promotions of Slovenian artists. By now an indispensible part of the Tuesday Clubbing Series, the Snowdrops and Primroses Festival – an event dedicated to Slovenian jazz creativity – will be featured in its fourth edition with a programme of exclusively new music. In fact, it pleases us to announce that most of the concerts by Slovenian bands will be promotions of new albums or projects. It is with equal pleasure that we look forward to the artists appearing at the Bi Flamenco Biennial in Ljubljana. Although one of the concerts, as an exception to the Tuesday Series, will be performed on a Friday, members of the Cankarjevi torki Club will still be entitled to discounts. What’s more, we’re planning to variegate our current drinks/refreshments menu. The new Tuesday Clubbing series also brings star-studded line-up of contemporary bands presenting new music by established and exciting up-and-coming artists from both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Why not join us on these explorations of new musical horizons?
