1. Use various communication tools, find out about the event's environmental impacts and the behaviour required to reduce them.
2. Checkout websites and the other communication tools about the greenhouse gas emissions linked to the various modes of transport available to reach the event/venuefrom the place of departure, and the behaviour needed to reduce emissions.
3. Fill out and submit, preferably in digital format, questionnaires on the modes of transport chosen, the means used, the kilometres travelled to reach the event/venue, to calculate greenhouse gas emissions.
4. Find out about waste separation methods at the event/venue.
5. Find out about the re-forestation projects that allows greenhouse gas emission offsetting.
6. Participate in the stakeholder engagement and communication plan about the sustainability issues for the event/venue.
