We are pleased to announce that applications for artists are now open for the 27th International Ankara Jazz Festival, which will take place in the capital city of Turkey, Ankara, from November 16th to November 26th, 2023.
Interested artists are kindly requested to apply by sending information about their projects to info@cazdernegi.org.
As a non-governmental organization, we regret to inform you that due to the high exchange rates in Turkey, we are unable to offer substantial fees. Therefore, we would like to mention in advance that selected artists may consider collaborating with their respective embassies, and we will make choices in accordance with their budgets.
Since 1995, the International Ankara Jazz Festival has been adding value to the cultural and artistic life of Ankara, the capital of Turkey, with its programme of concerts, concerts, exhibitions, talks and workshops. The 27th International Ankara Jazz Festival, which will take place in various venues in Ankara between 16th - 26th November this year, will be held with the theme of Jazz and Freedom. Organised every year with the support of the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism, municipalities, universities, embassies, institutions and organisations, all ticket revenues of the festival are transferred to the Jazz Association Scholarship Fund.
