In its fourth edition from August 31 to September 7, 2024, Cologne Jazzweek presents jazz and improvised music on 15 stages throughout the city, promotes world premieres and brings musicians together. With more than 40 concerts covering the spectrum of international, national and local musicians, the festival sets new standards for improvisational music in the 21st century. In 2023, the festival was awarded the German Jazz Prize as "Festival of the Year“.
