The first edition of Freyjufest will be held in Reykjavik, Iceland on January 21, 2023. The main object of Freyjufest is to push for gender balance on the jazz scene. The event will take place at Harpa Concert Hall. Performers include Myra Melford, Anna Greta Trio, Anneleen Boehme, Broken Cycle, Ingibjörg Turchi Band, Sarah Chaksad Octet.
