First names for Jazz sous les pommiers 2025!

Between May the 24th to the 31th, in the beautiful city of Coutances, Normandy (France), you'll be able to hear the following artists on the 7 stages of the festival:

- The clarinetist Louis Sclavis with his quintet India;
- The famous band Pink Martini, for two performances on Saturday;
- Pianist Yaron Herman's quartet presents his forthcoming album Radio Paradise;
- A double bill on Tuesday: Looking For Mingus, a group featuring Géraldine Laurent, Manu Codjia, Christophe Marguet and Jean-Charles Richard; and The Bad Plus, pursuing their musical quest with energy and creativity;
Hiromi, the world-renowned Japanese pianist, who joyfully reinvents jazz fusion on her album Sonic Wonderland;
Ladaniva, who energetically revisit Armenian folklore, with a mix of Creole groove, Balkan melancholy and reggae ambiance;
Airelle Besson and Lionel Suarez will perform at the Cathedral of Coutances.

Also new creations by our artists in residency:
Robinson Khoury will present his new Quatuor Demi-Lune;
Marion Rampal celebrates singer, actress, composer and activist Abbey Lincoln with her tribute Song For Abbey.
