2019 - 2020 : 7 EVENTS → 7 EUROPEAN CITIES
Ljubjlana, Łódź, Helsinki, Dublin, London, Birmingham, Lyon
After traveling for two years in 6 european cities, Jazz Connective is announcing its final stop in Lyon, France, where it all started. Overall, Jazz Connective gathered not less that 60 gigs, 30 professional meetings, 70 speakers and 6 artistic residencies.
Nonetheless, it is with tremendous regret that this final episode cannot welcome all our european friends at the Périscope as it was planned. Our thoughts go to each one of us, musicians, producers and audiences who are unable to gather and enjoy the music we support.
Due to covid-19 restrictions, we had to find another plan and work together on something that will provide an experience from home that is worth working for. So today, despite the uneasy situation we are struggling with, we are delighted to announce a very special and final edition of Jazz Connective.
Jazz Connective in Lyon becomes Jazz Connective from Lyon, an online programme as a media set to discover musical scenes from 7 european cities throughout a whole week. You will find below the official dates and professional programme before detailed annoucement next week.

In addition to that the Périscope has been working with its partners on the edition of a print magazine in order to disseminate the thoughts, the music and the ideas that have been circulating throughout Jazz Connective for these last two years. Today we are very pleased to introduce "Celebrating Jazz Connective : A european journey to the heart of Jazz Connective" Considering the difficulties to reach out to each other in this context, we would be very happy to directly send you one or several copies of this 40 pages magazine, born out of many fantastic contributions from our Jazz Connective partners.
