We have announced the 13th year of the Jazzfruit competition held under the international jazz festival Mladí ladí jazz (Young Tunes Jazz), and now we want to spread this information among emerging young musicians.
There are two categories - Czech and International, for bands from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria. Open call deadline is 17th July 2022.

We have announced the 13th edition of Jazzfruit, a music competition held under the international jazz festival Mladí ladí jazz. This year there are two categories to apply - Czech (Junior up to 26 years old) and International (up to 35 years old). The international category is open to projects from Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Austria, as well as projects from the Czech Republic. We do not set genre boundaries, but bands should have a basis in jazz.
Bands can compete for a financial reward of 1000 EUR, concert in the Czech Republic at our partner festival and professional promo materials.
