Since forming in 2012, this trio of music virtuosos, Dock In Absolute, have been turning heads on the international Jazz circuit, with praise from the press, and fans eager to get signed copies of their debut album.
The trio have gathered some serious momentum in the last few years, being voted Artist of the year (2017) by music:LX, ramping up an impressive 10 000 followers on Facebook, selling 5000 copies of their debut album released through the Italian label CAMJAZZ, and being the number 1 discovered Artist in Jazz News magazine.
Jean Philipe Koch at the Piano, David Kintziger on Bass and Michael Moots on Drums, fuse together elements of classical and rock with the dominating ingredient to their sound being progressive Jazz. This unique mosaic of harmony and dynamic performance is met with frequent standing ovations from their audiences.
Now, after a string of achievements, Dock In Absolute are about to embark on their third tour of Asia, touching down in Japan, moving through South Korea and finally concluding the tour in China.
