The Reykjavik Jazz Festival takes place for the 27th time August 10th to 14th at Harpa Concert Hall in Reykjavik. The festival celebrates the Icelandic jazz scene as well as featuring collaborative projects and International stars. Some of the highlights include Bobo Stenson Trio, Gilad Hekselman Trio, Pascal Schumacher Left Tokyo Right, Sunna Gunnlaugs & Julia Hülsmann, John Hollenbeck and the Reykjavik Big Band, Tomas R Einarsson Latin Project and several CD release concerts.
