In the leader's words a fitting description of the new project, completed by Luca Perciballi and Gabriele Fava: “A new trio of mine born, in the sign of an artistic continuity, together with two special musicians of a younger generation. Old and new compositions that find, in this ensemble, a particular sound, chamber and evocative, between melody and experimentation,in a synthesis of multiple traditions and languages from jazz to folk, to contemporary. A deep lyricism, with the flavor of the earth, combined with a sense of improvisational adventure.”
