On behalf of all the organising partners and the many artists playing during those four days in September: a huge THANK YOU for your massive attendance at the 10th edition of the European Jazz Conference in Ghent. It was a true honour being your host this year. We hope you enjoyed the informative panels and workshops, the meetings with new and familiar faces, the atmosphere and, of course, the showcases and fringe programme.

If you want, you can reminisce with our Spotify playlists. We made one with all the EJC showcase artists, and one with all the artists that were part of the records mobile in the Ha Concerts foyer. Also: don’t forget to check out the visual memories of the conference. Check out our photo selection and spot yourself! Also: on the Belgium Booms website, you can find some additional info on all the acts that played a showcase. If you’re interested in keeping up with the Belgian music scene and how it moves internationally, you can always subscribe to the Belgium Booms newsletter!

Of course, we want to avoid this becoming a one-way communication. We are also hugely interested in your feedback! What went well? What could have been better? Please, if you haven't done it already, fill in the feedback form by EJN that you have received via email.

We are already  looking forward to seeing all of you again at next year’s European Jazz Conference, in the beautiful city of Bari!
