After four successful editions of Transition festival in Utrecht (Netherlands), the festival is expanding to a two day event. This year’s line-up features an exclusive performance from the legendary Jan Garbarek Group, as well as Jacob Collier, John Scofield & Trondheim Jazz Orchestra, Avishai Cohen Big Vicious, James Brandon Lewis, Kandace Springs, Erik Truffaz & Shai Maestro and many more.
