We are pleased to present you the XXI edition of the Premio Internazionale Massimo Urbani - P.I.M.U. (international competition for jazz soloists).
The P.I.M.U. will take place at Camerino (MC) Italy on 10 th,11th of June 2017 and this year will be chaired by Kurt Rosenwinkel and Fabrizio Bosso.
The P.I.M.U. has the aim to honour the memory of the legendary roman saxophonist Massimo Urbani, and to find new talents and young jazzmen, helping them with their artistic career. At the same time, it has the aim to spread jazz music as wider as possible.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to let your jazz students know about the competition. The contest is opened to every student who plays an instrument (included singers) under 30 years old.
The registration to the contest expires on the 21th of May 2017.
