Why you should visit jazzahead!
jazzahead! is the world’s biggest international jazz convention with an integrated showcase festival. For the past twelve years, the trade fair has been steadily growing. In 2018, 3,282 professional participants from 61 countries were registered. The showcase festival features contemporary top-class jazz from Germany, Europe, an annually changing partner country (2019: Norway) and Overseas and has established itself as one of the most important international networking spaces for jazz musicians. The business activities of participants include: artists and promoters, bookers, labels, agencies, publishers, festival and club programmers, distributors, production companies, lobby institutions, associations, press and more.

From 25. - 28. April 2019, jazzahead! will be held in Bremen, Germany. Key areas of the 14th edition of the international exhibition include Norway as partner country, the export platform “German Jazz Expo”, and of course, the 40 international showcases on three nights and days of jazzahead!. The conferences program focuses on artists marketing.
How can you participate?
To prepare for the fair, we closed our online registrations. Of course it is also possible to register at the registration counter in Hall 7 as co-exhibitor or as professional participant. But please note: All registrations on site will be charged additionally with 20 € + 19% VAT!

What is a matchmaking?
• Bilateral meetings that are a quick and easy way to meet new potential business partners and cooperation partners
• Attendees meet and greet in 20-minute sessions
• Instead of meeting by chance, our matchmaking sessions guarantee booked meetings at reserved tables
• Friday, 26 April 2019 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM and Saturday, 27 April 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
