Christmas Jazz festival 2020 to offer treats from classical music to flamenco

Taking place from 28 November until 14 December, Christmas Jazz festival will celebrate its 25th birthday this year. The 2020 programme includes popular Estonian artists as well as international acts Daniel Erdmann, Marcin Masecki and Mélodie Gimard “Numen”. The organising team of Christmas Jazz 2020 announces that this year’s festival will offer a safe festival experience by following all the rules established by the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the Health Board.

In connection with the worldwide situation due to the pandemic and the decisions of the health authorities of the Republic of Estonia, the organising team of Christmas Jazz 2020 announces that the festival will comply with the reduced capacity and dispersion requirements. Tickets for oncerts are sold to fill no more than 50% of the capacity of the venue, with no more than 400 visitors attending the event. The audience and the organisers are obliged to wear a mask. The festival has also compiled a Safe Festival Guide, which is the basis for conducting the Jõulujazz festival. We can protect each other only if we are careful and adhere to the requirements when attending the events. Safe Festival Guide — https://www.jazzkaar.ee/en/uudised/safe-christmas-jazz-festival/

“Compared to the rest of the world, it is a privilege that Estonian cultural life continues and we can still bring musical experiences to the listeners.
