Jazz belongs to a jazz club, however Brno unfortunately has no such clubs to offer and that’s why folks at JazzFestBrno decided that they should give it one, at least for a part of a year. JazzFestBrno announces new concert series Club Life.
The lineup of this special off-program series includes great jazz names such as Emmet Cohen, Gretchen Parlato & Lionel Loueke, Keyon Harrold, Lakecia Benjamin, Takuya Kuroda and Nduduzo Makhathini, to name a few, and the performances will be held in popular local venues Cabaret des Péchés and theatre Husa na provázku.
The rest of the JazzFestBrno’s lineup includes Grammy-winning artists Béla Fleck, Chris Botti, Snarky Puppy or rising star singers Laufey and Samara Joy.
In june festival will welcome Immanuel Wilkins and Kassa Overall for its yearly Slavnosti Synkop (Syncope Celebrations).
