LE PETIT FAUCHEUX JOIN UNSTABLE NETWORK FOR THE FIRST “TITAN TO TACHYONS” TOUR

Le Petit Faucheux takes its first step within Unstable Network, independent touring network of European promoters. The concert hall in Tours will host one of the dates of the Titan To Tachyons tour, alongside the Jazzfest in Sarajevo, Porgy & Bess in Vienna, and Stadtgarten in Cologne. A unique date for the first performance in France of this unclassifiable supergroup, which navigates between math rock, prog, metal, and jazz, and includes in its ranks the bassist of the legendary bands Mr. Bungle, Fantômas, and Tomahawk: Trevor Dunn.

Trevor Dunn (USA)
Trevor Dunn and his double bass will kick things off with a solo performance, perfectly aligned with the musical values that have driven him for over 35 years: groove, melody, and experimentation, in the same generous spirit he brings to his rock or jazz projects.

Titan To Tachyons (USA, NZ)
On their side, Titan To Tachyons will instrumentally depict the realms of surrealism and science fiction through eclectic and improvised passages, juxtaposed with fluid and metallic grooves. Their two albums have been released on John Zorn’s label.
“Throbbing grooves, hypnotic riffs, and lots of fiery solos make this their strongest statement to date. Surrealist science fiction meets the worlds of metal and improvisation in this instrumental masterpiece.” – John Zorn
Sally Gates (ex-Orbweaver) – guitar
Kenny Grohowski (Secret Chiefs 3, Imperial Triumphant, John Zorn) – drums
Trevor Dunn (Mr. Bungle, Fantômas, Tomahawk) – electric bass
Matt Hollenberg (Cleric, John Zorn) – electric bass IV
