WINTERJAZZ Cologne & NICA live special
The winter music festival in Cologne’s Stadtgarten
With the new year soon to be here, it’s almost time for WINTERJAZZ Cologne again! On January 11th, WINTERJAZZ Cologne celebrates its 14th anniversary with 14 bands containing approximately 50 musicians. Concerts will be taking place across all stages at Stadtgarten Köln starting from 7pm. The festival has been designed specifically to present the innovative, vibrant and creative power of the Cologne scene and the scene of North-Rhine Westphalia.
WINTERJAZZ Cologne will be held in collaboration with NICA artist development for the third consecutive year. Taking place on the evening before, 10th January, NICA live special presents current projects and compositions of seven NICA artists which are yet to be heard. This partnership shines a light on the upcoming improvisational music scene from in and around Cologne.
