Steve Donzé
Steve Donzé, co-founder and managing director, has been responsible for directing a majority of Dolmen's art projects and exhibitions. He is in charge of executive management, sponsor and press relations, and sales representation. While completing a PhD at the London School of Economics, Steve Donzé serves as head of economic advisory at the Swiss Bankers' Association since 2004. He lives and works in Basle, Geneva, and London.

Frederick Quennoz
Frederick Quennoz, co-founder and artistic director (contemporary music division), co-heads Geneva head office. He has inspired and directed several international avant-garde music projects. He further inaugurated the Contemporary Art and Sound Series (CASS) in 1999. Frederick Quennoz lives and works as an architect in Geneva.

Patrick Donzé
Patrick Donzé, managing director, joined Dolmen Associates in 1999, where he has focused on financial administration, product design, and project management. Patrick Donzé has a ten-year experience in private wealth management with UBS AG in Switzerland and Asia. Since 2005, he lives and works in Hong Kong SAR.

Daniela Grüninger
Daniela Grüninger, artistic director (contemporary art division), joined Dolmen Associates in 2000 and co-heads Geneva head office. She had seven-year tenure at the Geneva Centre of Contemporary Art and also served as specialist for modern and contemporary art at Phillips, de Pury & Luxembourg Art. She holds degrees from the University of Bern and from the School of Visual Arts in Geneva. Daniela Grüninger lives and works in Geneva.

Ibrahima Fall
Ibrahima Fall, executive director, joined Dolmen Associates in 2006 and heads our representative office in Dakar. His proven track record in project management in Western Africa, together with his perfect command of the main local dialects, is instrumental in setting up a forthcoming Dolmen project in the region. Ibrahima Fall currently lives and works in Dakar.

Sue Patterson
Sue Patterson, executive director, joined Dolmen Associates in 2005 and heads U.S. Representative Office. She was a Project Coordinator & Construction Technician at The Fabric Workshop and Museum in Philadelphia from 1989-2004. She has an MFA from Tyler School of Art and a BS in Environmental Engineering from Temple University. She is currently working as an artist and environmental engineer in the Philadelphia area.
