1. Choose a location that does not fall within "fragile areas" (SPAs, SCIs).
2. Check whether the characteristics of the event (number of audience, stage size,acoustic and visual impact) are compatible with the natural characteristics of the location.
3. Verify this compatibility with local stakeholders.
4. Adopt an Extreme Events Plan if the area is potentially destined for such events, due to climate change.
5. Adopt a Restoration Plan for the area.
6. Ensure that the area is fully restored to its original condition in the shortest possible time.
