Jazz in the Park from Romania had announced their finalists for the 6th edition of the International Competition. Out of 212 bands from 53 countries registered, 17 bands from 9 countries have the chance to perform in front of thousands of people.
The idea behind the competition is to promote young artists from across the world and offer them the opportunity to experience the vibe of a festival. In addition, each band is receiving a fee for the participation, and can earn up to 8.500 euro, as well as nationwide tours and gigs at other festivals. Keep an eye on them. Maybe next year you’d be interested to participate.
And in case you want to plan a trip to Romania, the festival takes place from June 30, until July 2, în Cluj-Napoca.
