We are very pleased to announce the results from this year's EGM which was held via zoom earlier this week. Thank you to all the members who turned out to vote for the candidates who stood for election. After a close contest, the following candidates have been elected to JPN's board of trustees:
Our thanks also to Wes and Stuart for standing, although unsuccessful on this occasion, both are valued and active members of JPN and were strong candidates.
As well as voting in new board members, we also confirmed the minutes from the AGM, which increased the number of places available on the board of trustees for our next AGM.
Following the EGM, JPN held the first board meeting with newly elected trustees, where they reconfirmed positions - Kim Macari returns as Chair, Steve Mead as Vice-Chair and Barney Stevenson as Treasurer.
We are incredibly excited to welcome the new board members and we can't wait to support them in bringing fresh new thinking to help support the jazz sector as we all try to navigate these difficult times together.
