First and foremost, a big thanks for the great welcome I received from the festival's organizing team Max Von Pretz, Roberto Tubaro, and Stefano Festini Cucco and for their dedication. They took the time to explain in detail the workings of the festival, allowing me to gain a deeper understanding of this complex event.
The most notable aspect of this experience was observing how they manage to organize multiple concerts per day across different venues and cities. Their ability to tailor artistic offerings to the specific expectations of each location is impressive.This nuanced understanding of the territory and local audiences is a valuable lesson that I take back with me.
Thanks to this immersion, I return with a renewed vision and numerous ideas for the projects we are developing at the Périscope. I am eager to explore these new avenues and hope that this experience will open doors to future collaborations between our organizations.
This staff exchange experience has been extremely enriching. It allowed me to better understand the reality of professions similar to ours in a different context.
